Invocable HUD · Executive team of AI agents

Your executive team in a keystroke.

Sofik lives in a shortcut. When you trigger it, a team of AI agents — CEO, CTO, designer, coder — kicks in, delegates among themselves and ships the result. No window. No context switch.

cto

CTO took it — 00:02 working

Say it. Watch it ship.

Press the global shortcut, say what you need. The right agent in your org picks it up and ships in seconds.

How routing works

Use cases

See Sofik in action

planning

CEO, plan the B2B billing feature by Friday

Broke it into 7 tasks (spec → test coverage → migration → endpoints → UI → docs → release). CTO is allocating coder and designer. Single blocker: pricing tier decision — I need you on that.

dispatch

CTO, make streaming cancel honor Ctrl+C in <50ms

Coder took it. Diff across 3 files: ws.controller (drain), llm-run (poller), sessions.service (markCancelled). Tests pass. PR opened at #482. Want a human review before merge?

memory

Sofik, what was the pricing tier Carla wanted?

On Apr 12 you talked to Carla (Acme): "mid tier at $99 per seat, unlimited tasks, 5 free seats for startups". Last billing conversation with her.

research

CEO, gather how competitors price usage-based billing

Designer did UX research. CTO did the tech benchmark. In 8 minutes: 3 different models (Linear hybrid, Vercel pure usage, Notion seat+overflow) with price ranges and takeaways. Table on the canvas.

How it works

Background work, foreground result

01 / 04

Global shortcut

Cmd+Shift+S anywhere. The HUD appears, you talk or type, it disappears when done. Never steals your context.

02 / 04

Agent routing

Sofik knows your org. CEO plans, CTO architects, coder implements, designer ships visuals. The right agent picks it up — you don’t think about it.

03 / 04

Persistent sessions

Each conversation becomes a session with history, generated tasks and memory that survives invocations. Come back, continue.

04 / 04

MCP-native

Every agent speaks MCP. Plug GitHub, Linear, Cloudflare, any server — it’s instantly available to the whole team.

Who it’s for

For people who operate at the edge

Solo founders

You’re CEO, CTO, designer and support. Sofik gives you the team that doesn’t fit in payroll yet.

Makers

Dispatch 3 features in parallel without losing the mental state. Each agent owns a piece.

Tech leads

Delegate research, spikes, refactors without context-switching. You review, it ships.

Ops & PMs

Org memory with semantics. Question becomes an answer that cites the original session.

Small teams

Multi-tenant per org. Each member invokes the same team, with isolated history.

Why it hurts less

Less clicking. Less context lost. More shipping.

Zero UX latency

The HUD doesn’t open a window or steal focus. Disappears when done. You never pause.

State that survives

Sessions, tasks and memory persist. You don’t re-explain the problem. The agent knows.

Sovereign over your data

Optional self-host. Each org gets its own D1. Bring your own LLM key. Zero lock-in.

Built on Cloudflare

Global edge, low latency from anywhere. Predictable cost on the free tier.

Does Sofik replace my IDE?
No. Sofik lives alongside. You stay in your editor; when you need an agent, fire the HUD, it works in parallel. PRs come through GitHub as usual.
Can I use my own LLM API key?
Yes. Each agent in your org has its own config — model, key, base prompt. No middleman proxy taking margin.
Where does my data live?
Sessions and memory live in a D1 (Cloudflare’s distributed SQLite) per org. Self-host available if you want everything in your own account.
Does it work offline?
The desktop app does. Agents need internet to call LLMs. When you’re back, it syncs.
How does multi-agent work?
Each agent is a persona with role, skills, model, base prompt. They can delegate to each other (CEO → CTO → coder) with cancel and telemetry propagated. You see the flow in the panel.
Is it open source?
The core is. The desktop client is free to inspect and build. Premium agents and managed infra are paid.
Is there support?
Yes. Email with 24h SLA, plus a shared Slack for paid accounts.
